Last Day in Boston

Our time in Boston has been wonderful. It has been an honor to serve God by serving Medford, Redemption Hill Church, and the Willis Avenue Community kids. It has also been an honor to serve God with our team: Mattie and Gerald Jones, Pam and Chip Brown, Dustin Brown, Robert L. Wilson, Susan Wilson, David Bivins, Leigh Ann, Paul, Anna, and Katherine Strahan. A special thanks to David for driving us all over the Medford area and for driving us to and from home. David is an awesome driver! (Thanks also for GPS!)  We also want to thank our church family for their support and prayers.

This past night at Playstead Park in Medford, Redemption Hill Church held a Comminuty Fun Night. Each church group was assigned an area of service. Our church was in a couple different areas. Leigh Ann, Katherine, and Anna Strahan were assigned to story time. When the children would come to story time we would show them visual aids of The Story and break down verses that connected to Creation, The Fall, The Rescue, and The Restoration. One little boy Peter that we had in kids camp the past few days came to the fun night and Katherine was telling him the story and he would just sit and listen and ask  questions about the pictures and the story. We thought that by just telling them this story we could be planting a little seed that could grow  in a matter of time and we would watch it grow as God worked his wonders!
